A "Live" 1953 commercial for Kix Cereal. This is taken directly from an episode of "Ding Dong School", which can also be downloaded on the internet archive. The host of the show, who to an extent had creative control, insisted that only products that were beneficial to children could be advertised on the program. This is a long commercial, but there were only two commercials during the entire 30-minute broadcast. See complete broadcast here: Ding Dong School

THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES did turn into television's number one show faster than any sitcom in history. A supreme television classic, this CBS-TV folklore favorite ran for nine years and still holds the record for TV's highest-rated half hour.

No Time For Sergeants chronicles the comedic misadventures of a country bumpkin named Will Stockdale, brilliantly protrayed by Andy Griffith, who is drafted into the U.S. Army during World War II and assigned to the United States Army Air Forces. Andy Griffith went on to play the same character in the Broadway version and in a movie of the same name, which he became famous for and made him a star. No Time For Sergeants The U.S. Steel Hour March 15th, 1955 Starring: Will Stockdale......Andy...

Set in Nevada in the 1860's, Bonanza chronicled the adventures of the Cartwright family who owned a large ranch called The Ponderosa. Ben Cartwright and his three sons, Adam, Hoss, and Joe fought for what was just and decent in a time where lawlessness was common. The widowed patriarch Ben Cartwright had three sons, each by a different wife: the oldest was the urbane architect Adam Cartwright, who built the ranch house. The second was the warm and lovable giant Eric, better known by his...

From the live tv anthology series Tales of Tomorrow. After a customer is overly eager to buy a crystal egg, an antique shop owner does the only logical thing: takes it to the chairman of Cambridge's physics department (played by Thomas Mitchell, Uncle Billy from It's a Wonderful Life), who discovers the egg's secret. From a story by H. G. Wells More info at the IMDB . Upload courtesy of Inventing Situations . Hopefully in the public domain.

Three 1954 commercials for Welch's Family Wine, a "kosher" wine. I don't normally upload live commercials, but due to the rarity of these 3 commercials I decided to upload them as separate files (they come from the sole surviving episode of "On Your Way", which can also be downloaded from the Internet Archive).

An old, classic commercial for Aunt Jemima pancakes from around 1967. With jingle, but has poor color-quality.

This is a failed pilot for a "Three Stooges" TV show. The concept of the show was that the Stooges would try a new profession each show. In this episode they are interior decorators. Features Moe, Larry and Shemp
